The room was stylish, but I found ants on the table.

excellent location, interesting underwater themed passage, cold water and drinks machine
Luggage storage fees are annoying!!! The slow lift adds unnecessary frustration, and the dark rooms are stifling without proper ventilation!!! Plus, the small rooms feel cramped, especially if traveling with extra baggage!!!

The location is excellent, within walking distance of various restaurants and public transport. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness was commendable. However, the breakfast options were disappointing, especially the poorly cooked eggs. Additionally, I found the room uncomfortable and not as clean as expected, with some hairs found in the bathroom.

I loved how easy it was to pop back to my quiet room after sight-seeing all day and the comfy beds really helped me recharge. I found the lounge area perfect for relaxing and unwinding with friends. The only downside was there wasn’t much space for my clothes, but it wasn’t a big deal since I traveled light! 😊

The location was fantastic with easy access to the Old Port and tons of restaurants nearby. My double room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, free toiletries, and a private bathroom. Breakfast was a treat, featuring freshly baked croissants and coffee. The lobby had free water refill stations and a cozy area for relaxing.

We loved exploring the Old Port of Marseille, so vibrant with activities and delicious food options for the whole family. The hotel's location made it super convenient to jump right into the heart of the city, and we enjoyed the free breakfast that fueled our adventures.
My kids wished there were more space in the triple room.

I had a stay where I truly enjoyed the breakfast variety, especially the excellent fresh fruit salad, and how the staff always kept the hotel clean. However, the room was smaller than expected based on the photos, and the air-conditioner was not functioning well, which was disappointing. I would consider alternative options next time.

For the budget-conscious traveler
The staff were genuinely friendly, making me feel welcome from the start. I got free hot chocolate while I was waiting for my room, a nice touch in a rough moment.
It was not cheap,, but I guess you get what you pay for.

missingWrote a review on 29 Mayperfect locationgreat dining optionsfun group tripcrowded elevator
The location's perfect for hitting the Old Port and exploring the Marseille Provence Cruise Terminal. It was great to find places to eat and shop nearby. Just a heads up, the elevator can be a wait, so be ready for some stairs, but overall a solid spot for a fun group trip.
The only downside was the small elevator. It got crowded quickly. we often ended up taking the stairs to avoid waiting. It would be easier with fewer bags.
